Statement of Fundamental Issues

Today as millions of Americans are thrown out of work, their homes, and taxed further into poverty for the advancement of special interests and international banking interests and while American’s own Government are asking Americans for $700 billion to bail out fat cat banks while there has been no help for every day Americans, the National Socialist American Labor Party offers Americans meaningful solutions that are designed to benefit every day Americans.

UNEMPLOYMENT & THE ECONOMY

The American economy is bankrupt and has relied on foreign credit. This situation impossible and must come to an end.  American must end reliance on foreign credit, like a drug addict relies on their dealer.

America must become economically self sufficient.

 The NSALP proposes to launch a massive program of public works: flood control, repairing public buildings and private residences and constructing new ones, building roads, bridges, canals, port facilities, and refurbishing our degrading highway system. In so doing, we will be able to put millions back to work and pump billions into the American economy.

How will we pay for this massive program with our current economy bankrupt and without foreign credit?

The NSALP proposes to reinstitute the “Work Standard” and thus create our own American banking system, based on the productivity of the American worker him/herself.  The NSALP believes the American Worker is the most productive and the most innovative in the World and is key to American economic self sufficiency.

The mechanism of this plan is really quite simple, if the projected cost of the various public works programs is fixed at $1 billion.  An exact number of non-inflationary Labor Treasury Certificates/Bonds, will then issued against that cost.

The workers will then paid; and with this new purchasing power, the Americans will spend their earnings in the American economy, in shops and businesses across the country, which in turn enabled these to create more jobs and create more American jobs and goods and services.

With this as an economic stimulus, the American economy will gradually take off and become self sufficient. Within four years, core unemployment will significantly be reduced and the National Socialist goal of American Full Employment will be achieved and America and Americans will be back on its and their feet. An additional benefit will be a solid, stable currency and no foreign debt or inflation.

The NSALP also proposes reinstituting the ingenious system of the barter system, in which equipment and commodities were exchanged directly with foreign countries, circumventing and bypassing the international banks which serve only to increase prices.

As an example, if America  manufactures  goods which Europe wants, and Europe had goods which America wanted, the two  would simply draw up a contract and swap- without recourse to an international banking/broker middleman.  This system of direct exchange occurs without debt or trade deficit.  This is a radical and true Reform and will most certainly upset international special interest and international zionist banking interests who have profited for hundreds of years off international trade at the expense of every day Americans.  Trade Agreements such as NAFTA and GATT that gut American sovereignty will be canceled.

In simple terms, we National Socialists propose smash the prevailing finance- capitalist system of debt and usury-which is a plague on every day working Americans and has cause most of the armed conflicts in our history and

make an American National Socialist economic miracle and thus enable other American National Socialist social programs possible.

THE AMERICAN FAMILY FARM

The restoration of the American family farming community is a high priority of the National Socialist American labor Party.

This is a matter far more than mere economics. In National Socialist philosophy, America can prosper only if it has a prosperous and healthy rural population. The traditional American family farm is regarded as vital, because it concerns a way of life that’s moral and spiritual values are vital to the health and well-being of America as a whole.

During the hard times in America in years past and currently, many farmers have seen their lives ruined by falling commodity prices, exorbitant interest payments, and foreclosure to unscrupulous land speculators, and government favoritism to mega farming conglomerates. One can image the desperation of these farmers, as they saw the loss of their farms-many of which had been in the family for years-and they, too, were now forced to join the ranks of the unemployed.

The NSALP is determined to put an end to this injustice. Not only is it our priority to have these family farms restored to their rightful owners, but at the same time to be made productive and self-sustaining.

To assist American family farms, the NSALP proposes the creation of the National Food Estate, a public corporation which included not only the farmer, but all Stakeholders connected with the production, processing and distribution of food: the canners, the millers, the bakers and middlemen, as well as the local grocer.

The Food Estate will guarantee the farmer a market for his product at a reasonable fixed price-high enough to cover his costs of production and prepare for the next harvest season, but low enough, so the customer could always count on a fair price.

By adjusting supply to consumer demand and allowing for individual initiative and competition, but excluding speculation in commodities, the food corporation will be able to create a stable market, which assured a dependable supply of food, upon which all parties and producer and consumer can rely on.

The idea behind this program was that those who worked hard and produced should be rewarded, not only with a decent salary, but also with special amenities that make life more pleasant and allow one to recharge one's batteries.

Under this program, ordinary workingmen and their families were given special access to the arts, culture, popular entertainment and sport. Above all, they were given the opportunity to travel, not only around their own country but to other places as well. They could go on free, two-week, overseas cruises, while in Germany itself they could take a lengthy holiday for just 2 marks a day, including travel, meals and lodging.

THE ENVIRONMENT

As a Party who believes fervently in the laws of Nature, the NSALP proposes comprehensive measures to protect the environment, including mandatory scrubbers on all facilities to eliminate pollution emissions from coal-burning plants.

The NSALP proposes an “Apollo” type Program to achieve American energy independence so that America no longer enriches Middle East Tyrants.  The NSALP calls for the rapid development of wind, solar, natural gas and nuclear energy development.

The NSALP also calls for green development in new housing construction, including the inclusion of solar energy components.

HOUSING

The NSALP calls for affordable National Service Loan Program where young married couples can purchase their first home for $800-$1,200 at low interest.

The NSALP also supports a provision whereby a quarter of the mortgage would be canceled for a Ten-year commitment to a career in National Service, including teaching.

The NSALP also calls for a Program for the federal purchasing of current sub-prime loans of those Americans who were victims of predatory and unethical banking practices and those loans converted into a tradition FHA or National Service Loan.

The NSALP also supports Programs whereby older homes and apartments will be refurbished and upgraded, and the effective end to slums, such as we see today’s in America’s inner cities.

HEALTH CARE

No American should ever have to worry about the expense of getting sick or injured. Under American National Socialism there will be universal health care at no cost. No weaseling, chiseling HMOs. No welching under the government of National Socialism, which will make the health and well-being of its citizens a top priority!

American hospitals offer the finest care and had the most modern equipment. American patients must have a right to choose their own doctor and hospital, and even the poor should be assured full medical treatment and not be fearful of bankruptcy or loosing their home due to sky rocketing medical bills. Americans, under National Socialism, will be able to stay up to one year in the hospital, depending on the illness, with a special allowance of subsistence money.  If they are not recovered after this period of time, they would then be placed on disability.

SOCIAL SECURITY

The NSALP position is same for retirement. American citizens should never have to worry about a Social Security system going broke or their retirement accounts disappearing. The Government should be prevented from borrowing from Social Security funds for any purpose.

COLLEGE EDUCATION

The NSALP believes the development of the American workforce and citizenry is essential.  As such, College education should be free for all qualified American Citizens, regardless of financial circumstance or family background. The same should be applied to vocational and technical schools. Students shouldn’t have to worry about tuition or loan repayments. The sooner students are working, the sooner they are earning an income which will stimulate the economy.

PUBLIC SAFETY

The NSALP believes Americans should never have a concern about public safety and crime, such as we have today in America. Americans should be able to walk the streets of any American city or town at any time, day or night, without fear of being assaulted, killed or raped.

The NSALP opposes Plea Bargains and calls for the death penalty for child rapists and drug dealers who sell drugs to children.
